Originally from Greece, Theodora Fouseki moved to New York after completion of a BSc in Physical Education and Sports Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens to pursue a master’s degree (Msc) in Exercise Sciences at CUNY Queens College. Throughout her studies, she specialized in physiological responses during High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and was published as a co-writer in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research in 2021.
During her studies, Theodora held internships in Strength and Conditioning teams, where she designed and implemented individual and group strength and conditioning programs for Division I athletes. She is currently a full-time personal trainer for S10 Training, a boutique training facility in New York City, and also a corporate fitness / wellness instructor at a company with more than 600 employees based in Brooklyn.
Theodora’s approach specializes in improving quality of life by fostering a strong relationship between movement and the body through key methods that align client needs and goals.
